This policy describes how OPG Security LLC handles information for its internal operational text-message program.
Information we collect
We collect participating personnel’s names, mobile numbers, consent records, and messaging preferences. Alerts may contain caller names, callback numbers, service locations, inquiry summaries, and call-transfer outcomes.
How we use information
We use this information to deliver internal call summaries, callback requests, missed-call notifications, unsuccessful-transfer notices, and urgent operational alerts to designated OPG personnel who have opted in. This program does not send marketing messages.
Information sharing
We use service providers, including Twilio, to process and deliver messages. Information may be shared with these providers as necessary to operate the program, with authorized OPG personnel for business purposes, or when required by law.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention and protection
We retain information as needed to administer the program, document consent, handle operational matters, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information. No electronic messaging system is completely secure.

Messages may include call summaries, callback requests, missed calls, unsuccessful transfers, and urgent site-incident notifications. This program does not send marketing messages.
Consent
Recipients must provide their own consent and a mobile number they are authorized to use. Enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services. Notify OPG if your number changes or you no longer control it.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with operational activity. Messages may arrive at any time, including overnight. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message. Further program messages will stop unless you provide new consent.

Messages may be delayed or undelivered because of carrier, device, or service conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This program is not an emergency-dispatch service. Do not rely on SMS as the sole method of communicating urgent incidents. Call 911 for immediate danger.
Confidentiality
Alerts may contain confidential caller or operational information. Recipients should protect their devices and share messages only with authorized personnel.
